Always meet in well-lit, public places like coffee shops, shopping centers, or police station parking lots.
Bring a Friend
Whenever possible, bring someone with you to the exchange for added safety.
Test Devices Before Exchanging
Make sure to test that devices power on and function as described before completing the swap.

- Users who refuse to meet in person
- Requests for payment outside our platform
- Pressure to complete a swap quickly
- Vague or evasive answers to questions about the device
